We are looking for translators

We are looking for new freelance translators for ongoing and announced projects for our translation agency. These projects mainly involve technical documentation, but translators specialising in legal (especially translations of contracts) are also welcome.

Russian - English translators

Only native English speakers with experience in technical translations of 5 years or more, Trados experience only. Other CAT tools (Across, memoQ) are welcomed. In particular, technical translators for electrical engineering are expected, as well as legal ones for translating contracts of any kind.

General requirements

In general, our translation agency deals with technical translations. For this reason, good general technical knowledge is mandatory. We therefore ask you to indicate in your CV the relevant projects you have carried out. Send your CV by e-mail to info@alexxtec.com.

Translator English - Chinese

Native speaker of Chinese, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations, especially petroleum processing plants, machine and plant construction, energy plants from 5 years onwards

Translator English - Japanese

Japanese mother tongue, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations, in particular machine and plant construction, energy plants from 5 years onwards

Translator English - Romanian

Romanian mother tongue, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations, in particular mechanical and plant engineering, power plants from 5 years onwards.

Translator English - Hungarian

Native speaker Hungarian, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations, in particular mechanical and plant engineering, power plants from 5 years onwards

Translator English - Croatian

Native speaker Croatian, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations 5 years or more

Translator English - Lithuanian

Lithuanian mother tongue, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations, in particular mechanical and plant engineering, power plants from 5 years onwards

Translator English - Latvian

Latvian mother tongue, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations, in particular mechanical and plant engineering, power plants from 5 years onwards

Translator English - Estonian

Native speaker Estonian, knowledge of Trados is a prerequisite, experience in technical translations 5 years or more

Translator English - Czech

Native speaker Czech, knowledge of Trados is required, experience in technical translations from 5 years, good knowledge of electrical engineering would be an advantage

Translator English - Slovak

Slovak mother tongue, Trados knowledge is mandatory, experience in technical translations from 5 years onwards

Translator English - Portuguese

Portuguese mother tongue, Trados knowledge is mandatory, experience in technical translations, especially mechanical engineering, plant construction, wood processing: 5 years and more

Translator English - Italian

Native speaker Italian, Trados knowledge is required, experience in technical translations 5 years and more

Translator English - French

Mother tongue French, Trados knowledge is necessary, experience in technical translations 5 years and more

Translator English - Spanish
