Der jüngste Großauftrag Englisch-Französisch von mehreren Hundert nicht immer gut lesbaren Seiten kam von einem norwegischen Unternehmen über die Vertretung in Singapur mit Werken in China und Korea.
What to do in order to manage such assignments without compromising quality? Have as large a database as possible of good certified translators who know all the technical fields. October 2022: Alexxtec translations for Lithuania
As a technical translation agency, we have been translating into Lithuanian since 2001, practically since our company was founded. This small, beautiful country on the Baltic Sea is constantly attracting investments from Europe, which also attracts many investors to technical facilities.
Our German customers are mainly interested in the delivery of products in the fields of mechanical engineering, woodworking machines and energy systems. For this reason, translations of energy technology into Lithuanian are also very much in demand.

Projects June 2022
As VDI writes, the German mechanical engineering industry expects growth in the current year as well, following production growth in 2021. However, a flash survey shows that many companies see high risks in the Ukraine war. We as translators, who are in the middle of the chain between the supplier and the buyer, see it the same way.
According to a snap survey conducted among VDMA members at the beginning of March, 85% of the nearly 550 participants see the war between Russia and Ukraine as a serious or noticeable risk to their business. The focus is particularly on the indirect effects: almost 80% of the machinery and plant manufacturers expect serious or at least noticeable consequences - for example, due to a further increase in energy prices, the general uncertainty of customers or the devaluation of the rouble.
This will be accurately reflected in our order list from March 2022. Some orders in our translation agency have been postponed until further notice, but not cancelled, such as translations of operating manuals for extruders, energy plants, CNC machines. And translations not Russian and Ukrainian, but Turkish, French and Dutch.

Projects March 2022
As of March 2022, our translation agency's list of current assignments looks a little different. There are suddenly more translations into the Ukrainian language. They are not technical translations, but general and medical texts for refugees.
Many states, companies and individuals are affected by terrible events. Our translation agency is doing everything possible to help in this situation as well. What we can translate for free, we naturally do for free.

Project October 2021
We don't usually set targets at the beginning of each year, but it is interesting to see how the number of orders develops each year. So far, it has increased continuously.
By the end of October 2021, we have already reached the number of projects of the previous year. Of course, by the end of the year we expect more orders that have already been announced. This means that in terms of numbers, we are in a better position than a year ago. Although, as we all know, this is not an easy year for the global economy.
Numerous production stoppages in factories alone, whether directly or indirectly related to the Corona virus, have had a significant impact on orders for new machinery and equipment from our customers. Many orders were postponed indefinitely. In particular, we have felt this in projects in Russia and Belarus.

Projects October 2020
We are getting better and better known. The result is new customers from all over Europe - from Italy, Austria, and, of course, Germany.
New customers - old topics: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology. Plant and mechanical engineering remains our most important specialist area. That makes Germany and the German entrepreneurs known and famous all over the world.

Projects June 2020
We're working much like we did before the pandemic broke out. New orders from medical technology manufacturers are noteworthy. The break is over now. End customers are in Russia, France, Poland and the Czech Republic.
The last few months have shown our end customers in Russia that there is no good medical treatment possible without reliable, modern medical technology from European manufacturers.

Projects June 2019
Our Major projects like English-Chinese translations in June 2019 for drilling rigs continue at full speed. These are not simple technical texts, but the customer is highly satisfied with the quality of our translation. German-Chinese translations are also on the rise: operating instructions for presses, pumps, extrusion plants. We translate equally well from both languages.
Everyone knows about the importance and significance of the Chinese economy for our world. Translations into Chinese are one of the most common language combinations for technical translations in our translation agency. Thanks to our specialisation in technical translations, our translations are very well received by both well-known and lesser-known companies from Germany and Austria. As with other language pairs, German-Chinese and English-Chinese translations each account for half of all projects. Alexxtec has enough good translators for each source language, whether English or German.

Projects April 2019
We do in April many translation of the technical documentation for a new plant in Russia and a new projects for Kazakhstan. Translations in other language pairs are expected soon.
Our translation agency translate any manuals for our german customer, which builds a new plant in Siberia. This plant will be engaged in the natural gas processing.
Other translations like software localization and layouting of documnents belong to this april project too.

English-Chinese translations for drilling rigs are in March 2019 in full swing. It is not a simple technical text, but our customer is extremely satisfied with the quality of the translation. German-Chinese translations are also on the advance.
Everyone in the industry knows about the importance of translations into Chinese, we put it into practice. Thanks to our specialization in technical translations, we are successful with well-known manufacturers from Germany, Swiss and Austria. Like other language pairs, German-Chinese and English-Chinese translations each account for half of all projects.
