Projects June 2022As VDI now writes, the German mechanical engineering industry expects growth in the current year after production growth in 2021. However, a survey shows that many companies see high risks in the Ukraine war. Technical translators stand in the middle of the chain between the supplier and the buyer. This applies not only to mechanical engineering, but also to other disciplines such as electrical engineering and electronics. Technical translations in June 2022
According to a survey conducted among VDMA members at the beginning of March, 85% of the nearly 550 participants see the war between Russia and Ukraine as a serious or noticeable risk to their business. This will be accurately reflected in our order list from March 2022. Some orders in our translation agency have been postponed until further notice, but not cancelled, such as translations of operating manuals for extruders, energy plants, CNC machines. And translations not Russian and Ukrainian, but Turkish, French and Dutch. Forecast for 2022 corrected downwardsTogether with VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau - German Engineering Federation), service providers involved in mechanical and plant engineering, such as our translation agency, are also revising their forecasts downwards. And these are quite a few representatives from various sectors, especially transport companies, who are suffering just as much under these circumstances. |
