January 2023: Alexxtec translations worldwide

Our small and flexible translation agency from Wuppertal creates translations for customers worldwide, not only in the Bergisch city triangle of Wuppertal - Solingen - Remscheid. We have relatively few customers here in particular. Actually, local companies don't need to go far, we are just around the corner. Nevertheless, we have more customers from Munich, Stuttgart, Linz and Geneva than from Wuppertal, Solingen or Remscheid.

Translations Italian, French, Spanish, Ukrainian

Translations into these languages have brought us the most orders since the beginning of the year. The special thing about this is that the orders are becoming more and more complicated. And our customers are becoming more and more international. The most recent large order, English-French, of several hundred not always easily readable scanned pages, came from a Norwegian company via the agency in Singapore with plants in China and Korea. It has been a long road and on this long road Alexxtec Translations stands in the middle between the manufacturer and the end user.

Technical translations into Ukrainian in our translation office mainly deal with one subject: protection of the population during war. Upon request of our clients, we are not allowed to give any further information, only upon personal request and only to potentially interested parties. If briefly, it is about medicine, medical technology and electrical engineering.

Outlook for 2023

The European economy recovered after the outbreak of war and export business is up and running again.As translators, we are noticing that too.The uncertainties have not completely disappeared, but they have become significantly less, which is the most important thing. We continue to translate operating manuals for pumps, presses and charging stations for electric cars into Polish, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and French, just like in the good old days. But you notice a certain tension with major projects, they are announced for a long time but are always postponed.
