Our organisation and procedure

Our work is organised in such a way as to make the whole process as simple and effective as possible for our clients, while ensuring the highest possible quality of translations.

We have been working on the effectiveness of the translation and proofreading processes for many years and consider our way of working to be highly effective. Nevertheless, we are always thinking about developing them further. 

The process usually looks like this:

- Your enquiry by e-mail with details of your project (format, volume, desired deadline) or preferably with all the documents to be translated.
- You will receive our non-binding quotation within 1-2 hours at the latest, and after your
- informal written order confirmation by e-mail
- we will start the translation within one hour at the latest
- If necessary, our DTP department will intervene after the translation, if the order is carried out in formats such as Framemaker or InDesign.
- Your translation is proofread by our editor
- You will receive the invoice in PDF format together with the translation by e-mail.
- You pay the invoice conveniently in 30 days to our account in Germany
- Your project manager remains your contact person for all questions, e.g. updating the translation, etc., even after the project has been completed.

Is that too simple?

Behind this simple procedure are several years of work by our management on effective organisation, gathered internally at our translation agency. This has also become possible thanks to previous employment of our staff in leading European companies in the translation industry as well as in technical documentation departments in German, Austrian and Russian companies. We have learned how other companies work and have made our own organisation even better.

What makes the difference?

In principle, all translation offices and translation agencies work in a similar way. What makes the difference are subtleties. 

1) As a rule, the time between the request and the start of work in our translation agency is only hours and, if necessary, minutes (in the case of very urgent translations) if the order is placed quickly. This is not something you can expect from all service providers.
2) We have specialist translators for all the most important subject areas and never simply use the freelance translator at the moment. This is the only way to get really good professional translations.
3) Thanks to the vast experience of our translators, they never have to study a new subject. We have carried out translations in all known subject areas for all these years.
4) We also guarantee quality through internal proofreading.
5) Proofreading costs you nothing extra.
